Can I trust your company with my payment?

We do not handle payments whatsoever - these are all done via PayPal and Sage Pay so we don't see or store your debit or credit card details. PayPal are a well-established payment gateway and you can be reassured they offer a very safe way to pay for your items.

After ordering, how many days until my items arrive?

We aim for next day delivery when possible - otherwise expect 2 days for delivery - these times refer to UK delivery.

What if I want to return the item(s) I've bought?

Returns & Refunds
Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund of the product price (excluding delivery charge) where the item/s are returned unopened and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. A returns no. must be obtained from us prior to sending. The customer will be responsible for the return cost of the item/s. For your security, please send on a recorded service. Claims for items sent but not received at our returns address will not be accepted.

Faulty Goods
Items subject to a manufacturers guarantee that are found to be faulty during the period of that guarantee, may be returned to us for testing, repair or replacement under the terms of the guarantee. We must be notified prior to return and a returns no. must accompany the item with reason for return.
